Order of a tap from another branch - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

About a Order of a Tivoli Tall Basin mixer from old stock. Had one with the correct code and details, was looking for the exact same one to use together on twin basin. On the same day I paid the tap and courier fees in full. They promised the tap would arrive in two day's. After two weeks, still nothing. The wrong tap was then send from George. After several trips to the branch, Jaco Niemand took over my problem and started searching for the tap. He found one at the Kimberley branch, even contacted a family member of him to check if the product is the exact one. He arranged delivery with Postnet, keeping me up to date on the travelling details of the tap. With in two days he offered to deliver the tap to the building premises. If you have more staff like Jaco Niemand at Richmond Park, CTM would be an outstanding business. He really did a great job in finding me the impossible, the other staff could not get it right.
I'm nominating Jaco Niemand for sales person of the year.
