Contract extended without my permission - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I took out a contract with vodacom in OCT 2018. The contract was due to expire in Jan 2021. I called vodacom in Dec 2020 to cancel my contract. The service advisor told me that i couldnt cancel so early i would need to cancel my contract in January. I then called twice in January to have my contract cancelled and both ladies who i spoke to told me that my contract has been '' extended''to May 2021. Suprised i queried why this has happened one incompetent operator told me that i migrated in Dec 2019(i have no knowledge of this migration and am still awaiting records and recordings of me agreeing to this migration) another incompetent operator told me that becauase i missed a few payments(which have all been paid up to date) vodacom has now extended my contract. No one can tell me what i would be paying for until May or how much or why this is the case. After my complaints and emails i then recieved a call from Ntombi on Saturday night and she reassured me that my problem would be resolved by Monday. (Guess what my problem is still not resolved) vodacom and their team are a bunch of crooks. Run like a government entity. No one knows anything. I will advertise your bad service and incompetent staff on every website and social media page. I will advise all ny family and friends about your bad service during a PANDEMIC. I will advertise your lack of knowledge and bad manners to everyone. I was told by an operator by the name of Imbali in your cancellations dept that there are NO managers that can assist me. I was then transferred to customer service and still got no joy. Your service is PATHETIC!!!!!
