- Consumer Complaint for ARY Sahulat Bazar - Online Shopping in Pakistan



Again this is related to our Qurbani meat issue that I am totally surprised by the pathetic customer service from such a big name ARY. Today on the third day and till now no one called from their support center and someone by mistake answered our call at direct number (not at the mobile numbers published on the website) because we selected different options and they are asking us to visit their center to collect our order. they are not answering the question of why they did not deliver. If i they would have not answered then even after one month they would have told us to collect it after 1 month. they could have called their customers the same day and spending 10 rupees out of 28000 Rupees of our goat and inform us or spend 200 rupees for care delivery to deliver the meat but they choose to keep us just waiting for their pathetic support personals reply.
they were not replying to any mobile phones from which they are communicating, they did not answer to any email, they did not reply to WhatsApp. Because we are common people so there is no one to listen to us and COMPENSATE monetary for the pain, we went through... we can never compete with western people until our people fix their ethical behavior.
