No statement of account - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

It's my due date today. However, Converge is not providing any SOA online. I need to sent my statement to my company so that I can file for a reimbursement since I'm currently working from home. I will not pay it unless they will show me a copy of my bill. It's my right as a consumer. If they will charge me a penalty fee or disconnect my line a will make sure to file a legal complaint.
