NO INTERNET CONNECTION - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Dear Sir,

Good day.

The application fee of PHP1500 last Aug 17 has been received by CONVERGE ICT SOLUTIONS, INC with reference no #2020-08017-2649434 and the installation was done on Aug 30. To date, no internet connection was provided. Despite multiple times of phone calls, email follow ups and pm's via FB chat function, but to no avail. The call center agents will just tell to wait for 24-48 hours but still they fail to give the needed action. The modem/router was plugged in since it was installed as per advice. Ticket Number #003115549 & #003239095 was issued.

More than one month of waiting for the service being paid already but not yet delivered, is adding stress specially to our present pandemic situation.

The internet connection is badly needed as I am in a working from home status.

Seeking your assistance to add pressure for Converge to take appropriate action.
