Good day we have been battling to resolve problems for the last 3 to 4 months on our billing of data SIM cards that we do not have!
Your online sales department contacted my 71 year old husband over and over and eventually vodacom was at our gate to deliver new SIM cards. I then sent them back immediately. I got a call from you asking if I wanted to cancel them I told them we don’t want any new data sims as we have been trying over and over to cancel our exciting data contracts. It was cancel within 24hour as per your return cancellation policy. We have now been billed for those 3 data SIM cards. Which we don’t have from August, September, October and November. (Account number I0569078-0) linked to Id: 4906145170183. We have requested a Ref: from Thandeka, Zanele, and today Vhulahani (she sent me a ref number 1-34773400938451 saying this has been closed) we have requested a refund but had no response and on our November statement it is still on and we are still paying for something we don’t have and don’t want. We have also gone into our Vodacom store in Cresta 3X to try and solve this issue. This is just now acceptable service for a big company like vodacom! Please sort this out and confirm that our refund will be processed immediately. Again not acceptable customer service!
