This is a feedback on your riders (or probably your agents). I always order from Foodpanda for my senior citizen mother via website and I have a default note to contact my mother's number. But your riders are always bothering me by calling my number.
I am already (and very) busy during the delivery time because I am working as a professional and besides my mother will be the one to receive the order. The very reason I put a default note to contact her number.
Please tell your riders to make it a habit to read the note I indicated in your website. Or let your agents forward it properly to your riders. It is becoming troublesome for me, actually. It happened a lot of times already.
I don't want to think that you are hiring dumb people, excuse me for the term. Please orient your riders/agents.
