I made a payment on my vodacom app on my phone,was not the firts time i did so.payment was due 1 Jan 2021 but i made payment 22 Des 2020.on the 25th Jan my phone lines were cut off.went to vodacom shop in Bethlehem phone 082 1946.explained ever thing had to mail proof of payment.my husmband Marius Theron send email with bank statement that payment show on the 22nd of des.next day had to call and ask about my phone that is still not working.spoke to vodacom manager Dennis but he also could not help.on the 27 went to vodacom store again sales person spoke to a lady Sibongile,we had to email proof of payment again,i were told to swith my phone off and after an hour it will work,but that were not the case.made another call to 082 1946 but were not helped.later the evening called 082 135 and a lady Mpomi try to help had to email again proof of payment.today 28Jan my phone were stille not working made another phone call and after restarting it finally worked.i run my own business and from monday i could not use my phone to call or email or any thing els with my phone.i am not happy about the service i got.i need to know why my phone were cut off.the sales man in vodacom shop said that the lines get gut off after 3 months of none payment.i made payment before payment were due and still had no use of my phone for 4 days
