Filling third complaint to the courier. - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Hi!

I received text messages this morning from the J&T couriers because of course I have two orders that needs to be delivered. Actually yesterday I also send a complaint because he did not deliver my parcel in my address associated with the order. I can say he’s very lazy even if I ask him because I have my product training and I can’t leave the class he did not consider! It only takes 3-5 mins to deliver in my area but he did do it, instead he told me that he will be returning it to the seller. How irresponsible! Going back, I keep checking the app, I have screenshots and all, you see there what he just did. He did not call me nor text me if he already arrive in my location, but the most interesting part there is he marked the order this 5pm in the afternoon “Delivery Failed due to customer not available” like really? He did that even if he did not contact me, my phone is always active and I have proofs here that he did not call me. I want you to do something with this driver because he is a liar and it is not right for him to tag my order like that because my account will be banned if it will be returned to seller and it will indicate there that it’s my fault! If he can’t deliver the parcels in my address then why did he apply as a J&T driver? You hired someone who is not capable of doing their job properly. One more thing, I would like to send all of the screenshots I have here on file but I can only send one photo.
