Customer Service in LBC Vicas- needs improvement - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeI was about to transact and send my courier to this branch, arrived at around 9:30 in the morning. To my dismay, they said that it is already cut-off and provided transaction numbers at early as 7AM. The customer service representative every bragged that people were in the queue as early as 3AM. What is this? I told them that they should provide an advisory and should have phone hotlines for people who may know their policies. But the CSR was even agitated on explaining. Please train your employees to have orientation on how to handle customers with modest. We may be in this pandemic, but we, customers have still the right to have proper information on your regulations and for us not to waste time.
