Forfeited Refund - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

I contacted your help center today because an amount of Php376.00 was deducted from my GCash account last Sunday Nov. 15, 2020 at 10:29 a.m. My order from Chow King was cancelled because as I viewed the info it said .. traffic. Your Help Center messaged me that I already have a case number and that they will process within 24 hours. I followed up today and was able to talk to one of your customer agents who said that it was cancelled because my address was wrong. How can that be? If you check my data it has been my home address registered ever since? Then the second agent I was able to contact just closed my complaint saying that since my address was wrong I will no longer get a refund. You better address this concern because if not your company would have a reputation of fraudulence, taking money from customers without delivering the food ordered. I am hoping that I will get my refund as fast as you deducted it from my account. But it has been two days since.
