I have sent a parcel to India, Meghalaya shillong on 24th april using LBC. They later told me that my parcel is disposed off at delhi, i told them to bring back the parcel but they did not do so, and then i filed a complaint on 19th may and was asked to wait for a phone call from lbc, yet nobody has contacted me.
How is that acceptable? they have neglected my parcel and now is asking me to wait for them to investigate on the matter when it is clearly their fault. All i know is that i have paid my money to LBC not DHL and gave my parcel to LBC, the customer-seller dealing was between me and LBC.The refund should be given ASAP, as i have no clue as to how that investigation is going about.
