Confused Consultant - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICEMy account was in arrears and I had called to make request for settlement/termination amount which I was give R1447.16 and made a debit order arrangement for the amount to be debit from my account, come debit order date the amount was not debited and when I call to enquire the consultant tells me the guy I had spoke to previously didnt know what they were talking about and he was still in training and confused. I am willing to pay the amount I had agreed to CAN SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS AND STOP PUTTING INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN UOUR CALL CENTRES
