Twin bed broken - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I went to ok furnishers at kroonstad and bought twin bed after two month the supporting wood which is placed on it before you put the mattresses broke,I send photos to one of the guys there and promised to help me he took a month before he can tell me what is going on, I then went to the manager who called them to the office and they agreed that they know about my problem and they will fix it when I call to hear how far are they with my complaint they wanted photos again saying that the person who got photos is on leave I didn't send them photos again as I can see they were targeting that the guarantee will expire soon until now I was never given the service that I deserve my question is when will I be given what is mine ans I will never buy anything at OK Furniture again and I will also tell my relatives how bad is their service
I will be happy if you can look into this matter as I don't want to see those people again but would like to give you chance to help me and if not I will have to go to umbadsman to be the middleman in this matter
