Stock not deliverd - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

On the 17 of July 2020 I went to OK furniture in joburg cbd I bought TV which was on promotion and I asked the sales person that is it possible to be collected in mafikeng and he says yes. I haven't receive any call from him to say what's going on and I went back to the store on Monday and he said to me they don't have stock in mafikeng. LICHTENBURG and zeerust can also do IBT to mafikeng. Pls assist me with this problem.
