I bought a black ladies skirt size 28 early last month September...and i tried wearing it this morning, the skirt was small and it couldnt fit me...i then checked for a slip and i couldn't find the slip..
I then took the slip and went straight to Court where im working...after the knock off time i went to Pep store In Bothaville Free State....when i got there i asked to see a manager then she came and her names are Sonti Dlamini.
I then told her that i would like to exchange the skirt and take size 30 as size 28 its too small..at that time i already have a size 30 on my hands already...because they still having those skirts at the store...she then told me that she can't help me if i don't have the receipt with me...i then tried explaining to her that i checked all over for that receipt but i could not find it...she then said i must sell that skirt to someone else as if i sell clothes... she then continued to tell me that and even if she decides to help me the priceof those skirts have already being reduced to R100 is not R139.00 anymore...so she's not going to be able to help anyway....i then told her that but Elsie which is the store manager of that Pep store helped this other lady to exchange without a receipt so why is she not helping..she started being so offended...and started asking other ladies that are working there if she's lying or not...
I then paid the size 30 skirt...and on my surprise the skirt was still R139.00 which she said tje skirt has been reduced...
I then told her that im going to report her she then said i should go ahead....
