TERMINATIONATION - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

GOOD DAY.
1. I am Segotla MF,Cell no :0727139632.Vodacom
customer.
2. Problems
2.1 Since October 2020,Ive been calling
customer call centre to be assisted with
cancellation of a contract on the above
cell number and remain with a top-up .
As it was my last month.

2.2 I spoke to 5 consultant's, they give me
the impression that they help. Its a pity
I don't have the references and names. But
you can trace my calls.
2.3 The reason why I terminate is ,I have
financial constraints ,I have 4 accounts
with Vodacom.I Cannot afford to pay
R1000.00
2.3 I don't want to find myself cancelling all
the debit from my bank or lodging an a
complain at ombudsman.
2.4 This platform is my last resort.

2.5 Hope and trust that I will be assisted.
