Vodacom - Head OfficeThe service offered by your on line consultants is absolutely shocking. The consultant who assisted us is untrained, does not know her product that she is selling. She insisted that certain things could not be done, which we know can be as we confirmed with the local Vodacom branch in our area. She tried to force us to purchase a phone which we never wanted and gave out incorrect information. I suggest you have a re look at your service and training levels
