They refusing to exchange for me - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought a cellphone on the 13th of January 2021 and I.wanted an exchange on the 14th of january 2021. Because the phones camera is not working properly. They told me they can only exchange technical errors wbut the policy on the slip does not say only techinical erros I was asked to call the customer Service center which I did and I was told to speak to the manager apperently the manager is not in the store I had to call again. They said the manager will call back I need an exchange or I.should get my refund I haven't used the phone I just checked the camera and the pictures are blurry I dont want it
