Two contracts were cancelled and switch to prepaid. Please note that the consultants names, dates & times were taken each time spoken to Vodacom, which is available to sort the matter out. Vodacom were referred to the recordings and found that the contracts were indeed cancelled.After a year Vodacom claim an outstanding amount and block the phones. After several calls made & visiting Menlyn & Wonderpark branches the matter is still not solved. We had to pay an amount and was promised that the amount will be pay back. When going to Wonderpark branch for a follow up, the lady said there is another amount to be paid. Please contact me on 0724088332
