I started my application back in September coz converge ict agent told me that converge is way better as compared to pldt. I cancelled my connection with pldt and paid you guys back in oct. 6. My neighbor started his application back in oct 10 and he already have service know why because he offered 500pesos to your field worker. So disappointed. We no longer have quarantine restrictions here in cavite. Your agents then told me that if I can request for a refund I just need to present 2 valid ids. Holly cow after I waited for over a month and cancelled my existing service. Liza S. Is right you guys don't care. I will never recommend converge at all. Installation won't take 3hrs for God sake. So disappointed. Totoo nga pla ang balita na wala kayong pakialam. I will discourage everyone I know not to have service with you kung ayaw nila na sumakit ulo nila. Buti pa yong patay nagpprmdam yong cx service nyo HINDI.
