Having to approach every customer for delivery at this time of COVID. - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

Since CTM Massmart Store in Groblersdal doesn't have Transport, community members have to approach each and every customer entering the store for advertising or offering transport deliveries because the CTM staff mainly sales personnel (Guys) are having Bakkies & Trucks that they use for transport and personal benefit. Community members must take a risk of COVID because CTM Groblersdal doesn't have Code of Conduct or policies for employees or staff. They don't have policies regulating conflict of interest? Or perhaps the directors don't care about the community members and customers.
