I went to the pep home store at Glenbalad Kempton Park and request to send a parcel through the paxi service to Pep Warden They did everything but when they try to select the store Pep Warden it did not come up on the system I had to search for it on google I had to phone them from my phone to get the branch code they did no effert to assist me they spoke to them and then they said they cannot except a parcel that is not my problem then I requested my money back but they refuse because they already put the envelope in the bag please help me in refunding my money the paxi tracking no is D531000741052 they were suppose to make sure before they gave me the envelope so please assist me I spoke to the manager Bo she was unhelpful just told me there is nothing se can do for me
