As a first time customer and as per advertisement you have a better customer experience in serving your customers well. But thats not what ive experience. I sent follow ups email using your website and i just same canned response with out answering the main concern.
So i go to your facebook page as i want resolution. Someone answered with the same canned reponse and i said maybe this is how they reply for the first time. So ive replied with another question and guess what happened, it was just sent and no response at all.
All i wanted to know is to when the installation will happend as payment has been made for almost 20 days already. If I only knew that it would take years i wouldnt have to pay in advance.ive rather go to a different provider.
