It's been very long time since I ask them to refund my money - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a bed at the Brad lows mums mall on 19th September 2020 the service is terrible they didn't deliver so I decided to get a refund but till today they I didn't receive my money and they don't bother to update me about my refund
