Premature cancellation of contract 082 524 5794 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have been trying to cancel an data account for 8 months since the contract started. I told them I am not interested in the contract and want it cancelled.

Twice I received lawyer summonses for payment while I never received an account (sent to wrong email). I paid that and after having trouble doing the cancellation online I asked our local Vodacom shop to be of help. They also had to phone, and at last Sandra (no surname) told us how to do it. They did a quotation for early cancellation which came out R0.00. I sent all the documents on 12 February 2021 , when I called on 23 February and 2 March, nothing has been done yet. The date has not been changed, therefor the cancellations department cannot process the transaction to close the account

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS I BEEN SUBJECTED TO SUCH POOR SERVICE, AND MY FRUSTRATION LEVELS IS SKY HIGH

Never will I again support Vodacom and no one will get any good reviews from me. You have to prove me wrong.

On 5 March I received emakl that my issue is resolved and they changed my contract to pay as you go. I called them on 12th to make sure and that I will not receive an invoice again. An then today zi received an invoice and I refuse to pay this because the contract should have been closed
