Hi,

I have applied for installation on Feb 4,2021 and got my account number 0020231212316 and also paid on Feb 10,2021 (See attached receipt). They said on the website that it will take 3 days for it to manifest as paid but until now it still says awaiting payment. We also called the customer service countless times (ticket no. 004753933) for details and also to know when we will get the internet installed. But they cannot provide concrete information and time frame when the internet will be installed. Please this is much needed for work-from-home set up.
