Product delivered is not the same as product ordered online - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Hi I ordered online thru buenjudith.store/ph an electric coffee machine and milk frother with touch screen display of different modes for each coffee type for a value of Php2,200. However upon receipt of the product, I discovered that what was delivered is an ordinary stainless espresso maker which is market's price is only around Php300. This was delivered COD and would like to return and refund the product. Also, the sender's information are not properly indicated in the waybill which should be a policy to all delivery company especially to COD products.
