For installation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I already deposited the payment and I've been waiting for them to Install my internet for 10days now as they've promised me. Now, my BPO company is demanding me to have an internet connection or else I will be out for work. I don't want to lose my job just for this kind of issue. I need my internet to be installed asap.
