We do not have internet connection for almost 3 weeks. Despite our series of follow up to Converge thru their customer service, service desk and facebook / messenger account. No one has come in our house to resolve the LOS issue / no internet connection. We are incurring additional expenses due to their irresponsive and poor customer service. No one has reached out to us.
