Poor customer service/bad connection - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Having internet connection since day one of the installment...no action was taken from them.. they promised to replace the modem but no one came out to replace it...whenever i called customer service it keeps on disconnecting and havent recieved any call back
