Good day
My account was debited 440rand on 15th march 2021.
I gave no one permission to debit out of my account this is fraud and I am dealing with this to my lawyer.
I will be stopping all debit orders from vodacome. Until you sort out the issues of my contracts cancellation with vodacome. This is very bad service, I will never refer vodacome to my friend as well not continuing to purchase any device with vodacome.
No stores can help me have to go through customer care useless. Still fighting an endless battle with you. So irritated
