No Internet - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I have been paying converge even though no one is using the internet for almost a year. Now that we are back at the condo there is no internet connection. I already reported this but still no action from their part. Nakailan na akong follow up wala padin. Hassle sa nagwowork from home. Dapat hindi sila maningil.
