Paid but no installation after 3 months - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I've applied for a plan with Converge ICT online last July 1 and paid the initial fee of PHP 1500. The application status was "For Installation Schedule" but 3 months in and it is still not installed. I've called their hotline and sent messages thru their social media and contact us page but there is no reply as of time of writing.
