Made full payment of 4000 for the installation fee and the other line fee. Internet installed june 28... did not receive any bill until aug 1. My august bill is for 4000, 2500 for the installation fee ( which has been paid) and 1500 for m line fees. Got in touch with our agent ( the one who helped with the application) and was told to pay 100 for june 28 to 30, 1500 for july ( since no bill was received) and 1500 for august. I paid 3100 and got confirmation that it was received. Come sept bill which i got today, it included 900 balance for installation fee, 1500 for august and 1500 for september. There is also a notice of disconnection if payment will not be received. Tried calling their customer service hotline and via email but no response.
