INCOMPETENT SITE TRANSFER - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Last feb 27 2020 I already email for my site transfer in CONVERGE ICT and then they acknowledge my request. Before ECQ is been issued i laready call their hotline for follow up but none of them are answering they always busy on the line. Until now APRIL still processed my request as per advised the people in their admins in their group in facebook. Last week and today CONVERGE ICT installer go here in our area and none of my name listed for their site transfer. 1 month i been waiting for them. I see in their groups in social media if new costumer 2-3 weeks they installed , I almost one year using CONVERGE ICT im a good payer also why is the reason why they cannot installed me for site transfer. Very poor service. I need to transfer my wifi in my new unit i already paid the new unit because my end of contract here in old unit is March 24 thats why i need to pay my old unit everyday because the wifi is their me and my husband are work from home thats we need internet. They cannot understand the situation how many months i wait for my site transfer.

We requested for a site transfer by the end of month of Sept.But nobody replies to us until now.We already transfered to another place.Please make an action

Its beens a year we are waiting for refund.We have paid 4500 for business plan application.But the refund we've got is only 1625 only.So where is the remaining refund.Last year we applied.And your company hold our application. And we asked for a refund.You said we will wait only 1month after cancellation our application.You said after 1 month we can get our refund.But until now we are still waiting.Action please.I used this name in my application form.

Same issues here. I requested 1 month prior we leave our old place so that I can gather all documents needed in transferring services. I process it July, until now no updates. I keep reaching them but those lines and communications options are not working at all. The frustrating part is that they keep on sending bills via noreply email notif. One thing is that before we transferred, i havent connections to the internet last August 1, 2020 and got terminated from my bpo work at home job.

Same issues here, very poor service when it is about site transfer... run away from them if you can !
