Installation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I am already running out of leaves and about to lose my job because of the delay on installation. My job is very dependent on internet, hence, I need it badly. I applied on June 22, 2020 and I already paid for the installation. If you cannot install it this week, I'd like to have a refund for what I paid for
