I am Marichu Leyesa the one who is applying for the said account. Everything was installed last Sunday Sept 26 2020 after applying last Aug 2020. Suddenly we received a call from the office that our application is on hold due to my mother's sister who has an outstanding balance. It is very unfair on our end to have it installed and will not gonna activate it not unless we are the one who will pay for the said balance. We don't have any contact on my auntie as she left us and shes been living in the province for almost 2 years. We ask the agent if we can still apply despite of the situation and was advised that it's fine since they were a diff person. So, with that being said we decided to continue the application. It was a horrible experience and customer service that we have encountered. After paying 4000 pesos and having it installed then what now? I will do any legal action in this. It's unacceptable that you ask us to pay 4000. And you will not gonna activate the said application. How come that installation was processed first than validation? If we are not allowed to apply then why did you installed that router? I am asking for an immediate response. Thank you.

I am an ex-employee of Converge ICT as of August.

I am sorry, but your 4000 pesos is gone. This is all done on purpose to raise funds for the expansion of the company (i assume, because we were actually by told NOT to process any refund requests and just pretend we are doing something about it. Sometimes we just hang up). They simply wont get back to you for this reason. As for pending installations, you can forget about it while the pandemic is going on as they will use that as an excuse even though there is no more lockdown.
Their tactic is to just ignore people who lost connection, ignore those requesting refunds. The endless ivrs and seemingly endless hold time are there for a reason, to get people to give up.

When i spoke out about how we are not treating the customers fairly, i was threatened to be fired. So i resigned.
