I would like to follow up the claim benefit for my son Valex A. Balagot. Please be informed that my son died last October 12, 2018 and I have submitted all the pertinent requirements in your San Fernando, La Union Branch anent thereto last December 2018.

Comment Same situation with us. My dad passed october 29, 2018. We file for the claims by november 2018 and until now we haven't received anything. They always said that it's still on the process. My mom is 72 years old and yet she needs to go there personally because they always hang up our calls or keep us on hold for too long.
