Unclaimed Pension Plan - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

My Pension Plan matures last Jan 19, 2019. Before the said date, I submitted the documents they needed for the release of my pension. Since then no update from them as to when can I claim my pension. Until now, it's almost 2 1/2 years, still I was not able to claim it. It's hard also to contact their office.
