Hi, im really sick of your service all i want is to refund my money. The installer says he cant install the service and im fine with that. Just in case you need my address E 76 Abbey Road Bagbag Novaliches Quezon City. I just hope i dont need to contact you regarding this but please have some nerve to return my money. I cant reach you thru phone it always disconnects me everytime it seems that the last representative i talked to blocked me. Im old and i cant go outside to complain in to your office. I emailed you but all i can hear from you is asking for my address and that was 3weeks ago. No follow up at all. This complain cant fit in to 100 letters its getting me even mad. I hope its clear.

Same for me. Been waiting for more than 2 months now for the refund to be processed. I think the time I've spent is already more than that 4k refund that they took from me
