Money Transfer Thru ecebuana application - Consumer Complaint for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Mexico, Pampanga (Mexico Branch)



I transfer money thru ecebuana apps. dated april 7, 2020 around 12 midnight but when I transfer it and proceed my transaction my lumabas sa screen na "can't proceed your transaction try again later" I try it 4x then my lumabas ult sa screen na "check your history" so I check it my balance nakita ko na lang nabawasan na yung balance ko. Nabawas na pala yung amount ng pinadala ko at yung service fee nag aantay ako ng reference no. pero wala ako natanggap so hanggang ngaun di prn nakukuha ang pera na pinadala ko kasi wala ako mbigay na control no. sa taong pinadalan ko. Please I need it as soon as possible. Please notice my complain its almost 1 week still I can't get the response from the cebuana team.

Nag send po ako ng money from my microsavings to my Bdo Account successful namn po sa akin pero wala pong nag appear na account# ko sa BDO account ko.. please help po

Hnde naman nbubuksan ang ecebuana wallet ko online sobrang hirap pumasok s apps ilang araw ko nang sinusubukan umaga tanghali gbi at mdlng araw araw tlga
