No connection for days without any advise or updates on what's happening - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.I lost my internet connection for almost 2 days. I'm currently working at home and at the edge of losing my job because of this. I don't have any pending bills with Converge. I tried reaching out to them to seek for clarification on what's happening but no response on emails, chats and calls.
