Still wants to bill me after account is closed - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom still wants to bill me after the account was paid up with a cancellation fee. We have phoned vodacom more then 20 times to make aire that the account was settled. After 2 months they send us an invoice again. Everything was paid up in Feb 2021, today is the 6 of April 2021, receibed an email this morning that we owe 667R and it is due on the 1st of May 2021. Is there no one that can deal with this company's useless service. Received a credit note in Feb as well. Received an email showing status closed.
