Poor service levels from Chatsworth Branch - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I must express my total frustration with Bradlows Chatsworth Branch. I purchased 3 items one being a double door fridge, it was delivered to me on 27/02/2021, upon inspection, I found 2 scratches on the left hand side door glass, I immediately called the store manager to explain the damage and check for way forward. I was advised to accept the delivery and endorse the delivery note with the defects and that a claim will be lodged with the supplier. There was some communication between myself and the store manager regarding status of claim and I was advised that he was waiting for confirmation, eventually he advised me that it was approved and that he was waiting for the stock to be delivered to the store in order for him to arrange delivery. He eventually confirmed delivery for Saturday 13/03, I requested to be the first delivery as the previous delivery came in the afternoon and my entire day was waisted. Delivery time for the second replacement fridge was not confirmed the store manager claimed the he tried calling and I was unreachable. I managed to get hold of him on the morning of the expected delivery and he advised me that the delivery was arranged for 2pm. There was not much that I could do so I accepted the response and just wanted to move on. I eventually got a call from the guy doing the deliveries to advise that he was in Bluff and going back to the store to load my item and delivery that was at 12:19, at 15:42, I was highly frustrated as the entire day had passed and I tried calling the store manager and he was not taking my calls. I then called then called the guy that does the deliveries at 15:48, he returned my call a few minutes later advising me that he was in Toti doing another delivery and that the replacement fridge was also damaged it had similar scratch marks on the door, therefore the delivery could not be done. He said that he would of expected the store to call to let me know. I expressed my frustration with him and asked him to pass the message on to the store on Monday. Its totally unacceptable for me to wait again and no one from the store has the decency to call me to let me know. The service is unacceptable, as a paying customer we expect more! I will be logging an official complaint with Bradlows head office. Who know when I will get the undamaged item that I'm paying for! I have still not received a call from the branch manager Bradley regarding feedback. I want this issue resolved with some urgency. Note I have posted a review on Hello Peter.
