I am calling 4 times to your customer service because the connection is very slow and suddenly he ask for my serial number and the connection was lost . I am working from home and i spend 400 pesos just to call your customer service . I request to ring me back if the call got disconnected because the call always hang up . The representative always ask for my contact number but there is no call back was made . This is very inconvenience for me . I call again if there is a ticket was created before the call disconnected to the 2 representative but there is no ticket was created such a bad record for the customer service like this . I am also a customer service in BPO and everytime the call disconnected we will cb the ch . such a poor service . i felt bad . Buti kung binabayaran niyo araw namin eh sa ndi pagtatrabaho haiissstt !!
