Very disappointed kami sa customer service ng Converge. We applied thru their website and all the agents na pinagfa-follow up namin they all said that "ganyan ang nangyayari kapag sa online kayo nagapply" feels like we were scammed. I paid last June 20, after a week we received a phone call na disapproved daw dahil we did not pay the initial cash out when infact we already paid it as soon as we received the instruction via email. After more than 2 weeks of follow ups sa mga patay na email address na binibigay nila never once they replied. Pagpunta namin sa Noveleta Office ng Converge the staffs told us already sa pila palang na iemail nalang ang concern. Ayaw nila kami iassist gusto kami pauwiin dahil wala naman daw magagawa kundi ieemail lang. Ano po klaseng service yun? we ask for contact numbers na tatawagan para ifollow up yung concern, wala daw email lang meron. We emailed our concern thru 4 different email address:

for 5x in a day ang sabi magrereply daw within a day pero wala. Ipapatulfo nalang po ba namin kayo o ibabalik nyo nalang yung initial cash out namin na 1500? We will not push thru the application because your customer service sucks. We are scared that someday if magkaroon ng problem sa connection ganyan ulit mangyayari hindi kayo makausap ng matino
