Mc donalds Karangalan Pasig Worst Customer Service - Consumer Complaint for Mcdonald's - Head Office

Around 2am this day, I ordered chicken fillet ala king with fries and drinks, and burger mcdo with fries and drinks, after 30 mins Manager in the store called me advising that the delivery will be late due to lack of delivery riders and they will deduct the 100 gc on my bill, so I said ok. After 11/2 hour rider delivered my order, but when Im on my unit i checked the food but that is not what I ordered, so I called in the store, I ask for manager because aftr a couple of hours waiting thats what we get. I decided to cancel the order and have my money back, manager name is MYRR MANAOAG says okay they will refund the money and ask the rider to go back, but it took another 11/2 hour no one get back at me, I decided to call again and the manager says what she understand is I cancelled the order, so I ask her what is her understanding about cancelled order? Did I supposed to expect a money back or not? Then she said (opo papupuntahin ko na po yung rider pasensya na po uli) So If I didn’t call back I am waiting for nothing? Is this the kind of service that you promote? This is worst customer service I ever experienced, Store is Mcdo felix avenue cor kaginhawaan st karangalan vill manggahan pasig city. Just to clarify I returned the wrong food they deliver and You should do something about it.
