The rider ask for additional delivery fee.Two riders forcely ask for additional delivery fee in delivering my orders. They insist to add because of the location and they said the pointpoint is wrong but it we already ordered alot of in foodpanda but all the rider is good and never ask for more or additional fees.

I ordered this aftrnoon 1 HM Bmdo Fries,1 HM ChzyBMDoFr,5 cheeseburgers,2 coke float..but the only item arrived was only the burgers and the drinks when in fact it is clearly stipulated in the receipt that the toys were included..the toys that was included in the 2 Happy meals was missing, i tried to contact Food panda's customer service but was very disappointed because instead of solving the problem the proper way they have just offered me a voucher to compensate with the problem encountered..all I wanted is that i can have the toy because it wasnt i who ordered it,t'was my son who ordered it and was expecting for it..My son was very disappointed with the incident happened..Hoping for your kind consideration...the customer service of food panda is very poor they cant solve simple complaints..I have pictures with me to prove my complaints,i dont know why i cant upload it in your system.

I would like to report this mcdonald branch (Tower Mall - Trece Martires) for causing us inconvenience with our orders and for poor customer service. .To be specific, I called their hotline #: (046) 878 6236, and waited 8 minutes before i heard the voice prompt and talk to the attending agent. I clearly mentioned our orders to the agent i spoke with. Our conversation lasted for about 23 mins (took me some airtime as a fee for call) - which is not good. so now, delivery guys comes in. Ito ung mga napuna ko sa ginawang pang-gago sa amin ng branch n to.

1. Price of chicken, clearly stated sa website price is at Php 330 (promo until May 14, 2020) then what I saw sa order receipt is isang php 330 + 18 (plus to kc spicy dw ung isa) pero my isang order n kme n spicy price at php 390. So tinanong ko whats the difference? Hindi nila msagot ng diretso iniinsist pa nung manager n tinwagan nung delivery n kme daw my mali sa order nmin, where in the first place sila ung nagtake ng order at tama ung order na napagusapan. And bkit php 390 pdin price eh naka promo nga. Again kmi pdin ang sinisisi

2. Ung 3 medium French fries n inorder ko wala, again mali nila ito

3. Ung ice vanilla coffee, naging ice black coffee again mali n nmn nila ito

4. Ito ung pinka malupit, luma lahat ng chicken na binigay sa amin for the 2 orders I think mga 1 day old n un (kumbaga natira lng ito) mahahalata mo kasi ung texture ng chicken hindi na fresh as bagong luto and majority ng chicken is thai part which I clearly mentioned sa call na any part wag lang un.

At ang pinaka nabadtrip ako is ung kausap ng delivery guy (babae I think manager)na nag-iinsist n mali daw kme eh pota sila nga ung nag take ng order but kme ang sisihin? So kmi pa ang my ksalanan? Pag sabihan nya ung agent nya wag kami. Overall DISAPPOINTED sa order experience, tpos natapat p sa ganitong sitwasyon n naka-lockdown gusto lng nmn maka-tikim ng chicken tpos gagauhin nila kme..Gusto ko na sana i-cancel pero npilitan nlng ako bayaran kc gutom n kami and we can’t wait any longer..this is VERY BAD EXPERIENCE..my nabiktima na naman kayo. We will never order again in this fvcking branch.

Bastos ung crew na anica, kabihasnan branch.

20mins akong nagwait sa order ko tapos hnd pala available

2nd time na nangyare sakin to same branch

Grantong services ba talaga ang inooffer nu? Ung sisigawan at babastusin lang kaming mga customers nu? Baka naman tinotolerate nu ung mga gantong staff? Or Baka hnd marunong magdisiplina ung mga manager, supervisor, head supervisor kaya ganto ung crew, or baka bastos din ung mga ito kaya naaadopt ng mga crew? Kung ganto lang din naman better not choose McDonald's. Nakakasira ng araw, grabe nakakastress ung nangyare sakin sa mcdo kabihasnan

Around 2am this day, I ordered chicken fillet ala king with fries and drinks, and burger mcdo with fries and drinks, after 30 mins Manager in the store called me advising that the delivery will be late due to lack of delivery riders and they will deduct the 100 gc on my bill, so I said ok. After 11/2 hour rider delivered my order, but when Im on my unit i checked the food but that is not what I ordered, so I called in the store, I ask for manager because aftr a couple of hours waiting thats what we get. I decided to cancel the order and have my money back, manager name is MYRR MANAOAG says okay they will refund the money and ask the rider to go back, but it took another 11/2 hour no one get back at me, I decided to call again and the manager says what she understand is I cancelled the order, so I ask her what is her understanding about cancelled order? Did I supposed to expect a money back or not? Then she said (opo papupuntahin ko na po yung rider pasensya na po uli) So If I didn’t call back I am waiting for nothing? Is this the kind of service that you promote? This is worst customer service I ever experienced, Store is Mcdo felix avenue cor kaginhawaan st karangalan vill manggahan pasig city. Just to clarify I returned the wrong food they deliver and You should do something about it.
