Delivery personnel doesnt check resources - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I ordered online and delivery was late because delivery guy did not check all his resources. He was looking at the carbon copy of the waybill and mentioned that he couldnt see my phone number. Apparently he has the original waybill and did not look at it. Say he did not see my phone number, he's main job is to locate my address and he failed to do so though my address wasnt so complicated to locate. My order was supposedly a gift for my cousin but since it was delivered late i didnt give on time as well. Very disappointing. Tracking num. 15000000377773
